Conformant

A Learning Record Store (LRS) shall be considered conformant if it, when tested properly, follows the entirety of the conformance requirements identified herein. These requirements are applicable to versions 1.0.0, 1.0.1, 1.0.2, and 1.0.3 of the Experience API specification.
